Lisa heads our corporate secretarial team and brings with her more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial practise in both private limited and listed companies.

Prior to joining Agile 8, Lisa worked with global and regional professional service firms and was in charge of corporate secretarial matters of both the private limited and public companies listed in Singapore Exchange or overseas stock exchange.

She also acted as company secretary for these corporate secretarial clients. She has experience in handling corporate governance matters in compliance with SGX listing rules and Singapore Companies Act, as well as Singapore work passes application and scrutineering services.
