Where shareholders wish to exit the business or wind up the company in an order manner or where creditors wish to protect their interests, we are able to act as liquidator either in a voluntary liquidation (Members’ or Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) or Court Winding Up.

We can act as Agents for Mortgagee-in-Possession to assist to manage the mortgaged property when the lender has taken possession of the same up to its eventual sale.

When borrowers become or are at risk of becoming delinquent, we can also assist lenders to conduct independent business reviews and evaluations to understand the borrower’s state of affairs to facilitate the lender’s evaluation of their recovery options. We may also work with borrowers on a debt restructuring plan and monitor their adherence to agreed repayment schedules.

Where the lenders invoke their rights under the debentures, we are also able to act as receivers. We may also be appointed as receivers by the Court, where the interests of justice require it.

We support clients and solicitors during the litigation process, to provide expert witness reports and testimony on financial and accounting related matters.

In the event of suspected misfeasance, we are able to use our expertise and insights to investigate into the company’s books and produce an investigation report of our findings.

We are able to act as nominees in voluntary arrangements to facilitate the proposal and adoption of a composition or a voluntary arrangement to avoid bankruptcy. Where personal insolvency is imminent, we can also act as private trustees to administer the bankrupt’s estate.
