Robin is our Managing Director, and Co-Founder of Agile 8. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in both the private limited and listed companies’ corporate secretarial services.
Prior to this role, Robin was the Deputy Head of Corporate Secretarial in TMF Singapore H Pte. Ltd. from 2015 to August 2019. Before joining TMF Singapore in August 2015, Robin had spent close to 9 years in Boardroom Limited since 2006, a listed company on the Singapore Exchange until 2019 with his last role as Head of Corporate Services in Aspire CS Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of Boardroom Limited. He has also worked in legal environment joining a local boutique law firm from 2000 to 2002, with the last role as Head of an international legal firm’s corporate secretarial department from 2003 to 2006.
His listed companies’ experience spans various industries such as real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), banking, food & beverages, commodities, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, property logistics, armed ballistic training fabrication, mining and power Cogen. He had an in-house stint with DBS Group Holding Limited as the Assistant Vice President of the Legal & Secretariat Department in 2010.
Tai Hee has over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance, accounting, tax compliance, finance operations and corporate finance in various industries such as retail, trading, construction, investment holding, engineering and service companies.
With more than 5 years of experience working in the commercial sector, he is adept in providing in-house tax support to stakeholders – from tax advisory, planning, tax compliance and tax reporting. He is also involved in forecasting and budgeting.
Lisa heads our corporate secretarial team and brings with her more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial practice in both private limited and listed companies.
Prior to joining Agile 8, Lisa worked with global and regional professional service firms and was in charge of corporate secretarial matters of both the private limited and public companies listed in Singapore Exchange or overseas stock exchange.
She also acted as company secretary for these corporate secretarial clients. She has experience in handling corporate governance matters in compliance with SGX listing rules and Singapore Companies Act, as well as Singapore work passes application and scrutineering services.
