Robin is our Managing Director, and Co-Founder of Agile 8. He has more than 24 years of professional experience in both the private limited and listed companies’ corporate secretarial services.

Prior to this role, Robin was the Deputy Head of Corporate Secretarial in TMF Singapore H Pte. Ltd. from 2015 to August 2019. Before joining TMF Singapore in August 2015, Robin had spent close to 9 years in Boardroom Limited since 2006, a listed company on the Singapore Exchange until 2019 with his last role as Head of Corporate Services in Aspire CS Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of Boardroom Limited. He has also worked in legal environment joining a local boutique law firm from 2000 to 2002, with the last role as Head of an international legal firm’s corporate secretarial department from 2003 to 2006.

His listed companies’ experience spans various industries such as real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), banking, food & beverages, commodities, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, property logistics, armed ballistic training fabrication, mining and power cogen. He had an in-house stint with DBS Group Holding Limited as the Assistant Vice President of the Legal & Secretariat Department in 2010.
